How to integrate widgets to your own website

• Adding booking or catalog widgets is very easy. Add a small script to your website, it renders automatically. 
• It works with all website builders (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) or your custom website.

We believe all services should be sold with a narrative. Your clients will want to know what's unique about your services and your company. We believe your website is the best way to tell your story. 

Depending on how much you tell your story, we complement it with online booking functionality. 

Let's assume you provide personal training. You may have multiple pages where you inform about your group sessions, private sessions, private at-home sessions. If this is the case, the most conversion-optimized way to make the most out of these pages is to add individual booking widgets for each of these services. On the other hand, if you have only one page titled "My Services", then you can add a catalog to this page and the client can choose the service and book it. 

You don't necessarily have to use the widgets. They are built to make the best out of your already-developed website. 

There are 2 other recommended ways: 

1. Use your booking landing page:  Go to your admin panel, and on the dashboard, you will see "Booking Page" under "Easy Links" section. If you want to update your booking page (add contact information, update picture, header, description, add terms or social links) you can visit Booking Page in System Settings.
2. Standalone service booking links: Once you constructed a service, you will see a button labeled as "Booking Link" on the service page. This is a standalone page to directly share with your customers, or add as destination URL to the buttons. 

You first need to construct your service, and click the menu opening near Booking Link. If you click "Embed preview" it opens in a new window to show you how the booking widget will look like. If you click "Embed to your website", it will open a dialog from where you can copy and inject the script into your website.

You can adjust labels and branding settings but you cannot choose which widgets to show. Based on the service configurations we are optimizing the functionality of the widget. 

Currently, there are 4 types of widgets

1) Simple button: For simple appointment bookings, the widget will show like a button. 

2) Package selector with price: When packages are provided for appointment-typed services (e.g. 8 and 16 sessions of Private Swimming)

3) Area/zip code checker: For home/field services to navigate the customer based on the served areas.

4) List of start dates: If the dates are predefined (single session experiences or multi-session courses/programs).

First, you have to construct a catalog by creating and adding services to it. A default catalog titled "All Services" is created as default to show on your booking page. 

Here are different examples of catalogs you can create "Kids Classes", "French Classes", and "Beginner Classes". Depending on how you constructed your website, you can wrap a set of services in a catalog and embed it on any page. 

At the bottom of the page, you will see two links

1) Embed to your website: You will be prompted to choose grid or list view to decide how you want the services to be shown. When there is proper symmetry (3 or 6 services) we recommend grid view, when there are 1,2,4,5 services we recommend list view so there is no white space. 

2) Embed preview: Opens in a new window to show you how the catalog will look like on your website.
